  •  Reflexive pronouns are used when the subject and object refer to the same thing or person.
  • My dad accidentally cut himself with a knife. He’s so careless.
  • I can help myself. Don’t worry.
  • She gave herself a present for her birthday.
  • Reflexive pronouns are used to emphasize.
  • I myself feel really sorry for what happened to him.
  • They themselves have broken the vase. I’m sure.
  • She did the homework herself. No one helped her.
